When you opt in to receive SMS messages from Wild Ranch Cart Rentals, you will receive text messages related to your golf cart rental reservations. These messages are designed to keep you informed about your rental and provide important updates.

• Rental pickup reminders and location details
• Lockbox codes and cart access instructions
• Cart operation and safety instructions
• Return reminders and drop-off instructions
• Balance due notifications

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your rental activity. Typically, you will receive 2-5 messages per rental reservation. You may receive additional messages if you contact us for customer support.

Opt-In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages by checking the SMS consent checkbox during the online booking process, or by verbally consenting when making a reservation by phone. By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile device and phone number provided.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from Wild Ranch Cart Rentals.

Please note: Opting out of SMS messages does not cancel your rental reservation. You will still receive important rental information via email.

Cost

Wild Ranch Cart Rentals does not charge for SMS messages. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Please contact your carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

Our SMS program is supported by all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your phone number and opt-in consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We only use your phone number to send you messages related to your rental reservations and customer service inquiries.
