Wild Ranch Cart Rentals SMS Alerts
Program Description
When you opt in to receive SMS messages from Wild Ranch Cart Rentals, you will receive text messages related to your golf cart rental reservations. These messages are designed to keep you informed about your rental and provide important updates.
Message Types
By opting in, you may receive the following types of messages:
- Booking confirmations
- Rental pickup reminders and location details
- Lockbox codes and cart access instructions
- Cart operation and safety instructions
- Return reminders and drop-off instructions
- Balance due notifications
- Important updates about your reservation
- Customer service responses
Message Frequency
You will receive 2-5 messages per rental. You may receive additional messages if you contact us for customer support. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Opt-In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages by checking the SMS consent checkbox during the online booking process, or by verbally consenting when making a reservation by phone. By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile device and phone number provided.
Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 720-807-1921. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Please note: Opting out of SMS messages does not cancel your rental reservation. You will still receive important rental information via email.

Cost
Wild Ranch Cart Rentals does not charge for SMS messages. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Please contact your carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is supported by all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your phone number and opt-in consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We only use your phone number to send you messages related to your rental reservations and customer service inquiries.

Consent Not Required
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or renting from Wild Ranch Cart Rentals. You may complete your rental reservation without opting in to SMS messages.
